• Provide exceptional customer service
• Follows proper food safety and sanitation protocols
• Enforces consistent standards following the recipe & procedure book
• Facilitates kitchen operations to ensure prompt & efficient food service
• Assist in essential functions of food service crew members
• Places food orders based on current inventory
• Determines and adjusts build-to pars for each prep item
• Enforces accountability regarding crew member performance
• Trains new food service crew members
• Promote & discuss our Pride Star App
• Perform other duties as requested
• Maintain a safe, clean, well-lit store

• Minimum 1 year experience management in the food service industry
• Strong understanding of food safety & sanitation (ServSafe recommended)
• Strong understanding of standard food service equipment
• Strong communication skills via verbal and written instruction
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong time management Skills
• Ability to resolve conflict & provide fast feedback
• Ability to operate a computerized P.O.S. system
• Ability to bend, stand, stoop, reach, push, lift, and walk the entire workday
• Lift up to 15-30 pounds
• Understanding of basic math
• Read & Speak English
• Reliable Transportation
• Provide proper work authorization identification
