The Quality Assurance Manager provides as the liaison between Operations, Accounting and the Customer in such a capacity as to mitigate risk, support revenue growth, and maintain high levels of customer service and operational support. The concept of this position is to provide Operations and the Customer with a designated internal operations support provider that can ensure the Customer account is accurate, provide keen detail and insight into matters of site performance, and manage internal customer service components along with frontline accounts receivable management.
Pay range:
$55,000 - $60,000 per year
